The Nurse

“You’re in a lot of trouble, young lady,” the doctor said sternly.

“Excuse me?” she asked, taken aback by his words. “What did you wish to speak to me about, sir?”

Young lady. She hadn’t heard that in years. It brought to mind times in the past when she had to face consequences of breaking the rules at school or home. She shifted comfortably in her seat, trying to shake the memories away.

“I wanted to speak to you about your absence from work the past two days,” he continued.

“I told you when I called in, Doctor. I was sick.”

“Were you, Nurse Holloway?” His gaze pierced her from across the desk.

“Yes, I’ve been sick,” she insisted.

“Well I want to make sure my employees are in good health,” he said. “Let’s go over to the exam table.”

She hesitated, but stood and walked over to sit on the edge of the table.

He had his stethoscope and checked her breathing. “No respiratory problems,” he mused. “Now bend over the table.”

“What?? Why?” she exclaimed, her eyes wide.

“I want to be thorough about your health, nurse. Bend over the table with your legs slightly apart.”

She complied though she had no idea what he was going to do. His hands were soon at her sides as he yanked down her scrub bottoms and panties to her knees. She gasped at the intrusion and feeling so exposed.

There was a crackle of something being opened. She looked over her shoulder to see him pulling a thermometer out of a package. That kind of thermometer. She flushed red with embarrassment when she realized what he was going to do with it.

“I find this is the most accurate way to get a temperature.” His hand spread her cheeks and she felt the cold tip of the thermometer enter her rectum. The seconds before it beeped felt like hours. She couldn’t believe this was happening.

“I have good news and bad news for you, nurse,” he said while admiring her backside. “The good news is you’re in perfect health. The bad news is you’re in perfect health. Now stand up and turn around.”

She could barely make herself look at him as she stood up and pulled her clothing back on.

“I hate to break it to you but a coworker reported seeing your pictures on Facebook yesterday as you traveled around the city having a grand old time.”

“What? Who?” she asked angrily.

“That doesn’t matter,” he continued. “You were caught and even after being confronted you still lied to my face. That is NOT acceptable. Your actions have consequences, young lady. You will be disciplined for this.”

He moved to the desk to pull out her personnel file. “Please, Doctor,” she pleaded, “I can’t be written up. I don’t want a bad mark on my record.”

“Well, Nurse Holloway, we do offer alternative methods of discipline here should you choose that option. A method that will leave a different kind of mark.”

She gulped slowly. She had heard stories about others seeing coworkers leave his office in tears and sitting gingerly the rest of the day. She thought it was made up to scare the new girl. He wouldn’t actually spank her, would he?

“What do you mean, Doctor?” she asked hesitantly, though she knew exactly what he meant.

“To be frank, I think a firm hand applied to your bottom would do a world of good for your behavior and your work ethic. It will serve as a lesson of the consequences of lying. And believe me when I say it’s not a lesson you’ll want me to have to repeat. Do you agree to this form of discipline?” he asked.

Words escaped her for a moment. She managed to murmur “yes, sir.”

He pulled a hairbrush from the desk drawer and laid it on the desktop. Her eyes widened. “I will make sure this spanking gets through to you, Nurse Holloway. This is going to hurt. You may kick and squirm and cry but I won’t stop until I decide you’ve truly learned your lesson. Do you understand?”

She nodded and slowly walked to his side. He grabbed her by the wrist, guiding her across his lap. “Now, let’s begin.”

Isn’t that the mark of a superior author or excellent writing? Always leaving the reader wanting more, more, more, more???

An(other) excellent work – overdue, but well worth the wait. Looking forward to much more quality material (and not waiting months for it young lady).
